Hospital Lease, Management and Affiliated/Resource Sharing

Leased and Managed hospitals have access to a variety of expert services and education, including an assigned GPHA Vice-President for Regional Operations (RVP).  The RVP will provide recommendations and advice based on years of experience and current knowledge to hospital boards and executives to help you make the best decisions for your patients, hospital, and community.  Our RVP’s have experience serving as rural hospital CEO’s, Healthcare Accounting/Auditors and in a variety of other healthcare leadership and direct patient care roles.

Affiliated/Resource Sharing hospitals have access to one or more services offered by GPHA without being leased or managed.  Services are available on an “unbundled” basis as needed.
